Cellz is a German-South African artist from Munich. As a singer, saxophonist and rapper, he cultivates a passion for Soul & RnB, Hip- Hop and Jazz, reminiscent of Tom Misch, Braxton Cook and Chet Faker. He finds the sweet spot with his hooks and also makes pop and indie hearts beat faster. Since 2020 he has been releasing as an independent artist, impressing with international collaborations, e.g. with Fatbabs from France, Depart from Istanbul, Marc Ronin from Cape Town and Blue Glass from the Caribbean island of Antigua. With the latter, Cellz released the tracks "Dream On" (>100,000) and "I Saw Her On The Beach" (>100,000) in 2022, which were included in the programming of renowned magazines and radio stations in the UK and the US (Notion Magazine, Worldplaymagazine, Soultracks, Earmilk, Music Crowns, Jazz FM, Downtown Radio...). His latest release "What We Gonna Do" (October 2022) was in collaboration with Viva Con Agua Music. On 7/21/2013, his new single "When I'm Back" will be released with French producer heavyweight Fatbabs (Big Scoop Records).
